Here you can find regularly updated databases for IP::Country::Fast Perl module.

Replace cc.gif and ip.gif, found in the directory shown by this command:

$ perl -MIP::Country::Fast -e '$_=$INC{"IP/Country/Fast.pm"};s/\.pm/\n/;print';

It's enough to check/download these once a month!
